I bought a sofa on November 11th, but I haven't received the money or the sofa yet.
When you purchased, did you indeed opt for the delivery option rather than the pick up yourself option?
If delivery to you
What was the estimated delivery date when you purchased?
Have you communicated with the seller?
If so what did they tell you?
Did they provide any information on the delivery company being used?
If the delivery option was chosen and it is past the latest estimated delivery date, open and follow through with an item not received dispute
Other member cannot do that for you
are you sure it's not a pick-up item?
Have you contacted the seller?
