verification code for click and send

I am trying to sign up for click and send postage, it says that I need a verification code.  What is that and where do I find it, Sorry for being so dumb. Many thanks for the help.

There is a code on the satchel 39712 for 500g and 39715 for 3kg, they are there in large letters.
