Asked to Update Bank Information but won't allow me to verify.

I have just received a request from ebay to "update your bank account information" for no apparent reason. Nothing at all was changed on my side. I've been using the Managed Payment System. But when I log into my account and am asked to enter my bank information I get a message that it is incorrect. However it is not incorrect. Is there no way to contact ebay directly by phone for example.

I just got this and it’s such a hassle. I have been with EBay for over 17 years and I verified my bank account. And I’m sure we verified where our payments were going to when they started the stupid manage payments. I did all the verify stuff but where it asks me to put in the details of my previous account I was using I have to put in the exact same bank account cause that’s the only one I have and use. Now I have to go through the slower process of them putting a few cents into my same account that I have used since I joined EBay. I am so so mad

Omg, I thought it was just me! I listed an item for the first time last night in probably.... a year? Then get the email to say I have to verify a bank account but when I went to the page, there was just a spinning wheel and could not go any further.

 

Tried three browsers plus my phone. So glad to know it's not just me with this issue! Hope it gets resolved soon.
