Bank deposit without Account ID

We transferred 2 Times to eBay bank deposit for paying our seller fees.

Please Note that we did not include our account ID on the description when we transfer.

However, We keep getting reminder saying that we haven't pay our seller fees. So we contacted the eBay customer service team.

They told us to pay with debit card or Paypal for instant reflect and eBay will refund us the money we transfer to eBay.

So basically eBay had the money with them but don't know whose money is that for. We also filed a dispute/recall request through bank but eBay refused to refund the money.

So what help do you want from the responders on the boards?

If you pay ebay by bank deposit without identifying where the payment has originated there is not much you can do except what you have been told to do by ebay.

Just because you have filed for a refund of your money through your bank does not mean that the bank is going to oblige, especially if the payments cannot be identified,
