Hi all after the debacle of my e-mail address being incorrect on some listings i now have a buyer who still cannot cancel her payment...PayPal have told her she cannot cancel until it clears and yet the 2 other buyers that were affected were able too..i also have 1 other that hasn't responded to any of my e-mails...Am i best just to do a mutual cancellation on both or phone PayPal again...thanks in advance
