Buyer paid to an invalid PayPal account and after countless e-mails back and forth they still cannot cancel payment...what do i do next?

Hi all after the debacle of my e-mail address being incorrect on some listings i now have a buyer who still cannot cancel her payment...PayPal have told her she cannot cancel until it clears and yet the 2 other buyers that were affected were able too...

How do i edit my e-mail address that i stuffed up on in my listings??

a couple of buyers have paid using PayPal and i have an hour glass to show pending..been like this for over a week..but yet when i check my PayPal account they are not showing anywhere...also i know have pending UN-paid item cases on them..one buyer ...
