Can the vendor add her paypal fees to my invoice if I choose to pay by paypal?

The vendor has put on her listing that if the successful bidder pays by PayPal that she'll add the PayPal fees to the buyer's invoice.  Is this an acceptable practice, and allowed?  Thanks.

No a seller is not allowed to add any fees to the buyers payment.

If you win just pay by the pay now button and if they ask for more then tell them sellers are not permitted to make the buyers pay for and fees and they should be built into the selling price.

If they refund and refuse to post then leave neg feedback and report them to ebay.
