Shorter question this time-
Dispute was escalated to a claim for SNAD + faulty item. Seller did not respond within 10 days. PayPal refunded my money and did not require me to send the item back.
Can the seller dispute/appeal this now? Can I be forced by ebay or PayPal to return it.. Also if PayPal has decided in my favour, and he whinges to ebay, can ebay over rule PayPal????

Short answer.....No the seller can not dispute anything now that the dispute is closed.   Paypal has refunded you and that is the end of it.  Ebay has no say in the dispute at all as it was a paypal dispute.
