Ebay collecting GST incorrectly

I recently purchased an old car badge on ebay 303881384748.  Ebay collected an additional 10% as GST to forward to the Australian Government.  However this particular badge was issued between 1911 and 1919 and so is over 100 years old.  No GST is payable on this item.  How do I get my money back from Ebay?

Does not matter if it is 100yrs old or 100days old.  If the item is purchased overseas via ebay, then  GST is payable on the item and shipping charges. 

So as far as getting your money back, you don't
