Hi, Everytime I try to pay for my 4 items purchased 31-10-13 & 2-11-13, the invoice says 6 items.

The 2 items in question were 2 the seller had refunded me for, purchased 20-10-13  because they didn't have the items.

The seller keeps saying they have corrected the invoice & I keep asking the seller to correct it.

Can I open a case ?? as I don't want the seller saying I won't pay, I can not pay them unless I pay for the 6 items GBP 8.99

Should be= GBP 4.01

Thank you for your help, I appreciate it,

Mark.

One way around it would be to pay the invoice as it is a few pounds over, not a huge amount, tell the seller how much you have paid, and get them to refund you the extra. They can do a partial refund from within Paypal.

You can ask them if they are willing to do this, before you pay, and keep all your emails.

Sometimes once a combined invoice has been created it can't be changed without difficulty, they might just not be able to/know how.

I don't know if the seller can mark the two refunded items as paid in their eBay system, that might help them get them out of the invoice.
