Hi I keep getting the muck around trying to contact ebay a customer service real person, can anyone

Hi I have been told by pay-pal to contact a customer service person at ebay, tried the 1800 number which was invalid or not available??? Like everbody else trying to speak with a real person at ebay concerning the payment hold on monies oweing to me by pay-pal, I contacted them and they passed me off to ebay, no success, Please does anyone have a number for ebay any customer service or is it all computer generated during COVID-19, paypal owes me over $250 and I have been mucked around with them, what does anyone suggest I do short of closing down my account and having the monies refunded into my account.

The call center has been closed for many many months due to Coronavirus

As a seller you will not be able to just close your account any time soon.  Use the live chat option via the help tab.
