How do I find my case in my schedual

I have sold items and paypal are holding my money for 21 days even though the buyers have left positive feedback.

ebay have taken their cut, paypal have taken their cut and I have paid for delivery. This isn't fair. Your information page says go to my 'case' in my schedule. Where is it? The information isn't very clear and does not explain how to do it

 

 

 Paypal were of no use to me.the girl I spoke to just read me the company policy.

It's standard procedure with PayPal for all new sellers or members who haven't sold for a while.

 

Contact PayPal again and if you don't get your money released ask to speak to someone senior.

 

Let them know that the buyer has received the items and left positive feedback and if PayPal don't release your money you will contact the Ombudsman and lodge a complaint.
