How do I set 'Combined Postage' for more than one item if the bidders has asked?

I'm trying to find out how to set a 'Combined Postage ' situation for more than one item - found the instruction yesterday but can't find again to day  - ebay site is extremely confusing in terms of navigating the site

Easiest to change one of the listings to include all the items they want, with the correct postage amount on it.
