How do I stop Cover Genius from taking money out of my Paypal account?  They are stealing money and I would like to know what country they operate from so I can report them to the Police?

You also need to find out how did they got your details to start with

Have you already reported it to PayPal?

And to your bank to cancel your card and investigate  if the charges in question are coming out of a card linked to PayPal

And changed your PayPal password?

Before you run of and report them to the police,  are you sure you didnt actually agree to sign up with them,  many come to these boards who blindly signed up without reading the T&C's.
