How does bank transfer work when I list paypal as my payment option

I only have paypal listed as my payment option but I have received a request from a buyer to use a bank transfer as payment. I don't mind doing this for the buyer but how does it work? Won't the item show up as unpaid in my sold list or can I mark it as paid somehow?

You will have to give the buyer your bank details and when the payment shows in your account you mark the transaction as paid.

Sorry, I can not tell you how to do it (I am not a seller) but there should be an option on the transaction....a drop down box???
