I am getting messages to update my paypal account.The message is in my junk mail.How can I be sure

I got one of those emails this morn, it is a phishing attempt.

Anything that is not absolutely personally addressed to U is fake & also when addressed to your email address.

No NOT click on any links.

I have forwarded the emails to phishing@paypal.com.au
