A bit hard for other members to give any advise when you haven't exactly said what the problem is.
Were there 2 charges on your account or 2 lots of items?
If we knew that someone could probably help you.
You are not talking to Ebay here, responders on the forums are other Ebay sellers/buyers who try and help others but we need to know a few details
