It would depend on what the alleged unauthorised transaction is. If it's $49.99 for your annual subscription, it's not unauthorised.

If you signed up for the free trial and did not cancel within 30 days, you agreed to continue the membership as normal membership:

3.3. If you do not cancel your eBay Plus membership before the 30-day trial period has ended, your membership will be automatically renewed and you will be charged the full annual or monthly subscription fee (as applicable) in accordance with sections 5 and 6.

I would be more concerned about who used my eBay account to sign up for the free trial to start with

If it was you, then the change is not unauthorised, you agreed to it when signing up, as per the t&c you ticked as having read

You have 14 days from the time of payment, in which to cancel your ebay plus membership, you must then contact  CS and request a refund.
