I have been charged twice for 2 items that I ordered. One full payment and then 2 seperate payments for the 2 items.

The  first is likely to be an authorization only,verifying funds available, followed by actual transactions.

Was the 'full payment' a 'pending' payment?

Were they purchases from overseas?

Have you contacted anyone (eBay etc) about it?
