Hello,
I have not received an item and have sent several messages to both eBay and the seller(who is no longer registered). I have a record of the purchase and an email from the seller saying the item was sent but I did not receive it. I have not heard anything from the company and there is no record of my purchase via eBay. I cannot speak correspond to eBay as the AI keeps telling me there is no proof of purchase.
Can you help?
Not a good idea to display your address for the world to see, I have asked a mod to remove it for your privacy
eBay email is bot generated and useless, but as the purchase was at the start of September, it is far too late for eBay to do anything even if you could speak to someone (30 day limit)
If the seller is no longer registered, they cannot see your messages
Is the item still under your purchase history if you change the dropdown menu to cover September?
Was there ever anything in your emails/messages to tell you the seller had be de-registered ?
Did you use PP to pay?
The seller is no longer registered on eBay, that's why you cannot find your purchase I think. He had 58.3% pos. FB, which speaks for itself. Contact eBay via live chat (from the help page).
