I Have received an ebay invoice for an item that did not sell.

How do I contact ebay to dispute the invoice.?

You sold an item for $70

If the sale was not finalised by the buyer, did you cancel the sale  or report the buyer for non payment.  If not then as far as ebay is concerned the sale was completed.

You will need to cancel the transaction or report non payment to receive a fee credit
