The purchased lights arrived 18/04/20, but did not work. Advised seller that they were defective and that I required good reliable lights because once installed it would be very difficult to remove them, hence these lights were not adequate for my application due to their poor quality when arrived. Therefore, I no longer wanting them.
First seller wanted me to return the faulty lights to the manufacturer in China, but I told him that because I purchased them locally in NSW, I would only return them to where I bought them from. He finally provided an address in NSW.
After I returned and provided tracking number to Seller (Austpost tracking number 0307005414095001080995) which was delivered to Seller on 4th April. He is now being around the bush and will not refund my money. I desperately seeking ebay assistance to step in to help me getting my refund.
