I received a perfume that was not what I ordered. Seller didn't want me to send back and didn't want to give refund.
Ebay advised me they would send a post slip but I advised that bottle could be potentially broken due to poor packaging and its flammable liquid. Ebay then advised me to go to post office to fill out a security form. Seller asked them to step in on weekend. I was given one extra day to make post office but cannot. Will I still get a refund?
