Last payment for Fees from PayPal or Bank?

Hi, Just needing to know how my last lot of Fee's from  Ebay will be paid on Due Date? Will it be taken from PayPal as usual or through the knew Banking system?

At this time, any carry over fees and fees not covered by managed payments will be taken from your normal authorised method.
