Recently I had a change in my credit card.

So happens one of the sellers had to refund my purchase because of non deliver. 

How will I know if the refund to me was successful to my new credit card and not to my old one.

Whenever I have received a refund eBay has sent me an email stating the particulars, one of which is how I will be refunded. Eg Visa credit card ending in xxxx.

It's unlikely that both credit cards end in same 4 digits so that will tell you which card will get the refund.
