Outdated version of Paypal

I have clicked on Paypal in my short cuts on My Ebay page only to be told I have clicked on an outdated version of Paypal.   I have had to go the long way round to get into my account in Paypal.

How do I get an up to date version on my "short cuts" please?

Hover your mouse over account in your my ebay page and from the drop down click paypal Account and see if that works ok.
