I have bought an item from a seller that is requesting I pay their PayPal fees if I choose to pay via PayPal. I can pay cash on pick up but im worried if there is a problem with the item then I wont be able to return it. I think PayPal would give me piece of mind if there is something wrong with the dryer. Can someone please tell me if Im doing the right thing and if this is allowed. Thanks in advance.
As Lyndal said for pick up items. For future reference if it is an item that is to be delivered then the seller is breaching Paypal, and ebay, policy by asking you to pay the Paypal fees and you should report any seller who does so to Paypal.
