Paypal Error code: 70165

I cannot pay for an item I have just purchased I have received a Paypal Error code: 70165. First time ever.

Please ... Does anyone have any answers.

Try and pay again later. It might be just a glitch at the moment.

If it is still happening let the seller know and they might be able to send a payment request.
