Paypal adress when I click on send comes up with USA adress but email from buyer says he is in W>A

Hi all after some advice please I have had a buyer win 5 of my auctions and then I received an email from him saying he was happy to pay postage and a handling fee and then he gave me a western australian adress. No problem , But now the problem when I click on send invoice it comes up with an american adress and the add postage line says something along the lines of overseas postage. I have sent two replies using the original respond button but no answers. Is it possible 2 users with the same I.D

Where is the ID registered?

It sounds like he is a member in the USA but in Australia at present.  Or he has friends/relatives in WA who he want to send theit item.

In order to have paypal protection he will have to change the address in paypal where he wants you to send the item.

Just put the postage to WA as he has requested and add a note to the invoice asking him to change the address as he goes through checkout.
