Providing a "payment name" for a refund.

I recently returned an item I had purchased that wasn't working. The seller has agreed to refund me. I paid via paypal. Now she is asking me for my "payment name". I am not sure exactly what this is referring to, or why it is required. I had assumed the refund would be possible using my ebay details which I assume she has.... Thanks.

As you paid with paypal to the right of your payment in her paypal payment received page is an issue refund button.

Tell her to click on that then she will have to enter the amount being refunded and send.

That is all a seller needs to do.

They do not require any info at all and sounds like she is trying one on to delay refunding.
