I have just received a request from ebay to "update your bank account information" for no apparent reason. Nothing at all was changed on my side. I've been using the Managed Payment System. But when I log into my account and am asked to enter my bank information I get a message that it is incorrect. However it is not incorrect. Is there no way to contact ebay directly by phone for example.
