IT SAYS FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE BUT WHEN I CLICK ON THE ITEM IT SAYS LEARN HOW TO GET PAID?

Hello, i am newbie seller to start off. My customer has received their packages and I've waited almost a month now for funds to available for me to be paid. So when i go to Payments > Transactions  and then click on Available and lastly click on the items i should be getting paid for it says "Learn how to get paid". 

It takes me to a page titled "Introducing managed payments on eBay. 

I've already provided eBay with all my details such as full name, government ID (Drivers License), DOB, my address etc...

So what seems to be the problem?? SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!!

ME TOO! my funds have been available for 4 weeks. When are they going to be released to my bank accournt?

@clava - Read the thread - the information is already available. You might consider changing your user ID, too.

Have you provide the rest required for Managed Payments?

Full bank information/details etc?

Hi there,  as a new seller under managed payments,  your funds would have been placed on hold by ebay for 30 days.   Under your  PAYMENTS heading,  Available funds - means ebay has completed processing the payment/s  and the amount shown will be deposited into your nominated bank account when your next scheduled payment is due.  Note it also displays the scheduled deposit date as well as the date of your last deposit.

You sent your item before payment received. Put in a dispute for non payment. Always wait for payment received before sending, even if they send a copy of the transaction. If funds go into a bank account, you will have to wait until it is cleared. Once you see the funds in your account, mark payment received an item sent.

No, the seller sent after the buyer paid. But as a new seller there is a hold on funds by ebay.
