What does this mean, from my email account? "eBay Seller Fees and Reimbursements"

"eBay Seller Fees and Reimbursements" is the wording for a charge to my Paypal account. I dont remember authorising it. I dont know what it means. Can anyone help?

That would be the fees for the items you have sold recently and you have authorised ebay to take those fees every month if you have sold any items.
