Ebay has ceased my account to sell. Apparently the government has new
requirements with ID. Ie. Drivers license or passport. I have neither.
What do I do? Jerome
"eBay Seller Fees and Reimbursements" is the wording for a charge to my
Paypal account. I dont remember authorising it. I dont know what it
means. Can anyone help?
