What happens if I don't get my item after payment ?

Ebay has removed the listing of an item I purchased giving me the option to cancel if payment not sent. The payment has been processed by Paypal and cannot be cancelled. If item not sent do I get refund ?

Allow 10 days or so for it to arrive.

If it does not then open a dispute for item not received via paypal.

Then escalate to a claim as soon as the system allows it.

You should get a refund if the seller can not prove postage.
