Refund recieved only 80%, what about the remaining 20%

Hi, I have requested refund of an item it appears the merchant have done the refund but only 80% of the total refunded, I have not received the remaining 20%. The merchant has advised they have made the full refund and ask me to check with ebay. Does it take a while before I receive the remaining 20%?

Was the item coming from the USA or UK and the Global Shipping Program was used ?

What is the item number (RHS of the listing page) ?

I was thinking exactly the same as padi.

If this is the case though you should also receive a refund for the GSP, just separately (and directly from them).

Is it the postage component of purchase that has not been refunded, sellers when processing refunds now have to confirm original postage charge is also to be refunded.

Note, if this is the case, the seller will have to contact  CS to rectify the matter, in my case ebay refunded the buyers postage at no cost to me.
