Seller advised refund A$3.39 going into my account (verified by paypal). Only $2.97 was deposited. I can't get onto Paypal to find out why there is a difference. Are charges taken out, or is this just a mistake?
The seller chooses the amount to refund, so it sounds like they have taken thier fees out. Or was it perhaps a conversion amount, and they have refunded $3.39 in thier own currency, and it has converted to that in AU$.
