Resolution centre case: How do I reverse refund after item arrives?

Buyer opened a resolution centre case because his item had not arrived. I refunded payment, to resolve the case, then the item arrived. Is there any way for the buyer to flag that the item was received so my refund is reversed?

You will have to contact the buyer and ask them to repay.

 

There is nothing else you can do.

 

If you sent the item with tracking and could prove postage then you should not have refunded as that is what protects you as a seller against refunding.
