Told my 'funds are in negative'. They are not.

Received email from eBay saying that my 'funds are in negative.' I always pay by PayPal and there is money in my PayPal a/c. WHY is eBay telling me funds are not there?

Probably has something to do with the camera bag you sold.     If the buyer paid on pickup  ebay still want their fee.

Just to add, they are probably referring to your managed payments account, not your paypal account.

But first, are you sure this was a genuine email and not a  scam?

Is it also in your eBay messages?
