Unknown Charge on my Visa card

I have a charge on my visa card for PayPal EB (eBay?)

This amount and sellers name doesn't show up on either my eBay purchase list or my PayPal payments list.

How do I lodge a dispute?

Does it also show a number that looks like a phone number, ending in  7733 or similar,  if so call it , as it is a paypal customer service number

Have you checked the invoice ?

I would call Paypal see if they can shed any light
