Does it also show what looks like a phone number ending in 7733, if so call it as it is PP customer service number. It usually refers to credit card purchases where the merchant uses PP to process CC transactions
Log into your PayPal account and see what the charges are for.
If your PP account has been hacked then contact PayPal.
