Why I can't pay through my PayPal account which it is one of the methods I usually do pay with!

Since yesterday I am not being able to purchase from eBay and pay with my PayPal account! I would like someone to help me fix this issue please.

I have attempted to process payment multiple times yesterday to EBAY COMMERCE AUSTRALIA PTY LTD and the payment didn't go through! its not a seller issue because the items I purchased are from different sellers yet the same problem occurred, I changed the method of payment and choses credit card method and the payment went through!

Today I am facing the same problem when paying for another item I want to purchase yet I could not pay by PayPal!
Please find attached a screenshot of what happens with me during the payment stage! First when I click on PayPal method to pay it keeps spinning and spinning! then instead of taking me to PayPal page to pay as usual, it takes me to a page saying "this page could not be found".
I don't want to pay with another payment method like my credit card, I just want to pay by PayPal, and I need to know why is this happening with me.

Please I need help to solve this issue to be able to pay by PayPal.

I contacted PayPal help center and they informed me nothing is wrong from their end. they told me that eBay maybe having an issue with their website or their system, and PayPal cannot rectify it.

I've just made 2 purchases using Paypal with no problems.

Perhaps try clearing cache and cookies then rebooting your computer and/or try another browser.

ebay has been phasing out paypal for buyers, personally I have not been able to use paypal on ebay for approximately 18 months.

I did that but PayPal put the whole problem on eBay!!!
