Why cannot I connect to the payment pages to complete a purchase?

Using Firefox on a PC. Account works on other devices but not the PC. Which setting is not set correctly? Access Denied page displayed.

Try the obvious.

Clear cookies and temp internet files.

Clear browser history and restart computer.

Also download a free adblocker if pages are slow to load. eBay runs better with one.

You could also try using Chrome as a browser, I had problems with Firefox on occasions.
