I have this question too and I feel like it is a potential scam.
Buyer from outside Aus made an offer on my item claiming it was a gift for their cousin in Aus. I acceped the offer but now they are asking for my paypal email. I directed back to payment through ebay but after three days no payment or emails. I checked and they have zero feedback and joined ebay on the day of the offer - I am about to cancel the sale.
