bought item from me  then requested to cancel order and wanted a refunded this persons money back to him, he payed via PayPal and I have refunded via PayPal,    buywe has his refund I asked him and he confermed that PayPal has refunded his money.

Why have I not been credited the Ebay fees for this sale back off my account and my item should have been relisted ??,  I did not hesatate to frfund the Gentalman his money but it seems to be taking a little for me to be credited back the sale fees the sale that has been refunded back do to no fault of my own the man cannot read english st states this item is pickup only

When do I get credited back and my item that did not sell relisted ??

If you want your sales fees refunded by eBay, you need to cancel the transaction through eBay, not simply refund from Paypal.

As it appears you didn't do this, that is why you didn't get your fees back, or the item relisted.

Seems the buyer is not the only one who can't read English.

And while you accuse him of not being able to read English,  you ignore the rules about naming and shaming on the forum and leaving false positive feedback

And did it go directly to your PayPal account or to a credit/debit card account linked to PayPal?
