I received an email from ebay stating that my recent transaction may be from a compromised account.
It says that the item has been removed from the site and the transaction cancelled, but I had already paid for the item.
It was suggested that I immediately contact my payment service used to request a refund.
I had already made payment through paypal via my bank account.
How do I actually request a refund after the transaction has been made?
This is a prime reason to always use PayPal for non pick up items.
As soon as you can open a case in eBay for INR to get a refund.
To the right of item in your purchase history select "I haven't received item" or words to that effect.
