I posted the parcel of plants, then found out the paypal payment was cancelled because of insuffieient funds. I contacted the buyer but she has refused to pay for the plants. I am sick and tied of emailing her so i want to cancel  and get rid of her on my site

Then add buyer to your blocked bidder's list.
