I am not quite sure what you mean either. Has someone mentioned an item on social media or sent you an email? It sounds a lot like a scam.
Occasionally a seller you have just bought from might mention they have more items similar to the one you have just bought, and that you might be interested in them, but if they don't list them, it is suspicious, even if they are just trying to avoid fees.
