how do i see paypal balance before making payment

when i make the PAYMENT to SELLER

why dose Ebay not show how much it will cost me  ???

as when i make payment it goes to PAYPAL & it's paid the seller .

what i want is to see the CONVERSION RATE before i pay the seller ,

so i can see the TOTAL in NEW ZEALAND DOLLAR'S

before i pay seller .

It is showing on all my purchases before I buy. You just need to look for it.
