linking multiple ebay accounts to single paypal account

I have an EBay account linked to a Paypal account and want to add an EBay account for my mother to the same Paypal account.

Is this possible, as there doesn't seem to be a way in preferences?

You add the email addresses to your Paypal account.

Why can't your mother open her own Paypal account? It would be more prudent.

In order to add or withdraw money from Paypal accounts, the bank accounts used need to be linked to Paypal. I'm not sure if more than one is possible, but if it is, you're giving both of you access to the other's account.
